Pay: $21 per flat rate hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Department Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 4 pm and closed Sunday

This position is onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Maintain supply inventories and monitor the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance.
• Perform cleaning on vehicles, using cleaning supplies and equipment e.g. brushes, scrapers, vacuums, solutions etc.
• Apply polishes, conditioners, waxes and/or masking materials to preserve, protect, and restore vehicle's interiors and exteriors.
• Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
• Clean engine and engine compartments.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer 1+ year of automotive detailing experience. Must meticulously inspect and clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles, addressing every nook and cranny.
• Knowledge of Automotive Care: Familiarity with car care products, cleaning tools, and techniques, including waxing, polishing, interior detailing, and stain removal, is necessary.
• Physical Stamina: The job often involves long hours on your feet, bending, and lifting, so physical fitness and endurance are important.
• Reliability and Punctuality: Being ready to work and showing up on time is critical in maintaining service and meeting customer expectations.
• Attention to Safety: Understanding the safe handling of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment is crucial to prevent damage to vehicles or injury.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

Flat rate pay for this role is $21 per flagged hour. Earning range is $18-$25 flat rate. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
