Landscaper Position At Comanche Trace Golf And Country ClubComanche Trace Golf and Country Club, located in Kerrville, TX, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Landscaper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Responsibilities:Ensures Managed Care Lawns are maintained, including weed eating, edging, mowing, and blowing hard surface areas.Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.Ensures clubhouse, pool, fitness center and tennis courts are clean and inviting to membership.Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.Maintains landscape through application of mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.Maintains irrigation system around the common areas of the clubhouse.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Performs other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:Prior landscaping experience required.Must be self-starter and willing to work independently.Must have a valid Driver's License.Regular and reliable attendance.Must be available to work weekendsBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteriaEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
