Production Operator

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (4-Day Workweek)
Pay: Starting at $19.21 per hour

We're looking for dependable, motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality molded products by operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting an efficient manufacturing process.

What You'll Do

Production Operations

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently following established work instructions
• Manufacture products that meet quality, safety, and production standards
• Rotate between multiple workstations after completing training
• Load materials, monitor production, and ensure equipment is operating properly
• Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed

Quality & Inspection

• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify defects or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective action
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain attention to detail while meeting production goals

Safety & Teamwork

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production schedules
• Assist in training and supporting other operators as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple production processes
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
