Home Health Aide –Nassau County, NY Now Hiring HHAs Throughout Nassau County | $18–$22/Hour Rockaway Home Care is looking for caring, reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients in their homes throughout Nassau County, New York. With clients across the county, we're looking for HHAs in Hempstead, Levittown, Mineola, Freeport, Port Washington, Massapequa, Long Beach, Inwood, and surrounding Nassau County areas. Work Where It Works for You The company will work to match qualified HHAs with available cases based on: Your preferred work location Your availability Your schedule preferences Current client needs What Does an HHA Do? You'll provide one-on-one support in a client's home, which may include: Personal care and hygiene assistance Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assistance with activities of daily living Mobility support Meal preparation Medication reminders as permitted Light housekeeping related to the client's needs Companionship Reporting changes in the client's condition Completing required documentation Following the established plan of care Qualifications Current New York State HHA Certificate Authorized to work in the United States Reliable and compassionate Strong communication skills Commitment to providing respectful, quality care Previous home care experience is helpful but not required What Rockaway Home Care Offers Competitive pay: $18–$22 per hour Weekly pay Flexible schedules Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities Cases throughout Nassau County Opportunities close to your preferred area Support from our office and clinical teams Don't see your specific Nassau County town listed?
