AI Product Manager

AI Product ManagerNTT DATA Services is currently seeking an AI Product Manager to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US). This position will be on-site 5 days/week and can sit either out of the NYC office or Dallas office.About Your Role: As an AI Product Manager, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Generative AI agentic solutions. Your mission is to reduce risk and cost in complex production environments by translating operational challenges into innovative AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, production support, and application teams to deliver high-impact, reliable, and safe AI products.Day to Day Job Duties:Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI systemsTranslate user pain points into product requirements, user stories, and success metricsLead end-to-end lifecycle for LLM-based products from discovery to iterationEstablish evaluation frameworks for LLMs and prioritize RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and validation loopsDrive integrations with observability, incident management, and deployment systemsConduct user research and translate production challenges into roadmap prioritiesOwn AI safety, governance, reliability, and fallback strategiesDefine and monitor KPIs such as cost, latency, and user satisfactionOwn data and knowledge strategy including RAG pipeline and data validationLead product design reviews and promote data-driven experimentationMentor teams on AI product management and best practicesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent10–15 years of experience with significant product management exposure5 + yr Experience leading large-scale AI/ML or cloud-based product initiatives5 + yrs Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and MLOps5 + yrs Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on technical topicsStrong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsProven ability to influence without direct authorityNice to Have:Experience working with enterprise-scale production environmentsFamiliarity with observability and incident management toolsExperience in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation frameworksExposure to AI safety, governance, and compliance standardsPrior experience mentoring product managers or leading product communitiesKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud in AI contextsWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948-$131,700.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
