Product Owner

Seeking an experienced Product Owner with experience in Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, or Consumer Services industries. The ideal candidate will lead product lifecycle initiatives for customer-facing digital applications, pricing strategies, promotions, and B2B commerce platforms.DescriptionServes as primary point of contact between business stakeholders, user experience, engineering and production support teams. Responsible for leading product lifecycle and development initiatives for services and applications. Deeply understands industry best practices in product development processes specific to cable/telecommunications or consumer-facing eCommerce applications.Responsibilities include documenting requirements, reporting and tracking pricing and promotion-related issues, determining user needs, improving the customer experience across digital sales channels, performing impact analyses, documenting implementation approaches for promotions and offer sets, and translating business goals into technical requirements.This role works closely with UX teams to define promotion rules and eligibility criteria, serves as liaison between business users and technical teams, develops roadmap views of prioritized initiatives, facilitates feature reviews and backlog refinement sessions, and leverages AI tools to automate business and technical requirements processes.Additional responsibilities include attending Daily Scrum meetings, performing post-deployment verification and sign-off activities, utilizing project and portfolio management tools, conducting application analysis, extracting data from databases and ERP systems, troubleshooting integrations, and supporting stakeholder communications at executive, technical, and external team levels.Top Skills’ Details:7+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, or Consumer Services industriesExperience leading product development initiatives for customer-facing digital applicationsAbility to document requirements, promotions, offers, business use cases, and implementation approachesStrong understanding of pricing, promotions, and offer managementHands-on experience with API integrations, debugging applications, and technical analysisAbility to engage business, engineering, UX, and production support teamsExperience with Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum participation and post-deployment verificationExperience using AI tools to automate business and technical requirements and measure AI output accuracyCustomer ImpactImprove digital sales channel performanceEnhance customer experience and user journeysEnsure successful implementation of pricing and promotional initiativesSupport business growth through optimized offer management and commerce capabilitiesDrive business value through product roadmap execution and enterprise automationJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
