The Cigna Group seeks an Associate Senior Counsel - Employment Law to provide experienced, practical counsel on a broad range of employment matters, working with HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, and business leaders to identify and address legal risk.
This role manages mid-to-high complexity matters, collaborates with senior employment counsel on high-risk issues, develops policies, supervises outside counsel, and drives cross-functional initiatives within a hybrid work model.
