Police the yard for needed repairs and cleanup. Perform a variety of duties - some duties will be established and completed on a routine basis; others occur daily which need immediate attention. Must have and maintain a current Arizona driver’s license to operate company vehicle Job Skills We're Looking For: Knowledgeable with use of hand tools Able to understand and follow directions Ability to multitask Remain calm under pressure Ability to stand, stoop, squat, climb and have dexterity to perform job tasks.
