Lead Fabricator - Pipe Bending Team Leader

Ready to lead the work you know best? Wagner is looking for a Lead Fabricator to step into a Team Leader role in our Pipe Bending Department. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who understands fabrication, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to guide a team. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of fabricators and operators Set up and operate pipe/tube bending equipment Read blueprints and ensure parts meet exact specifications Troubleshoot tooling, material, and production issues Train and mentor team members on processes and best practices Help plan daily production and keep work flowing efficiently Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and organization What We’re Looking For Experience in metal fabrication, pipe/tube bending, or similar processes Strong knowledge of blueprints, measurements, and shop math Proven ability to coach, train, or lead others on the floor Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Why Wagner?
