Project Management Resource
Typical deliverables include ensuring the creation of necessary project documentation per the County's Project Management guidelines, developing project charters, updating project plans, managing project work plans, maintaining an issues log and risk register, developing communications and training plans, assisting in managing project financials, developing and tracking project cutover plans, scheduling regular stakeholder meetings, providing updates and documentation, serving as the primary contact for project issues, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, facilitating budgeting RFP processes, and managing implementation projects.
Required skills and abilities include a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, minimum five years of IT project management experience, familiarity with organizations that have a Project Management Office, PMP certification, knowledge of SAP and financial systems, and prior experience implementing SAP ECC to S/4 Upgrade.
