ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Direct Support Professional, you will become more than a caregiver for the People We Support. You are a beacon of empowerment, setting the example both in the home and in the community. You will assist the People We Support by creating a variety of meaningful connections, turning daily task into opportunities for growth and independence, while also providing support with personal care routines, accompanying them on appointments, and collaborating on preparing delicious meals. (Direct Support Professional Awake Overnight Counselors remain awake during overnight hours to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the People We Support.) Every day is a little different, but every moment is a chance to make an impact.Schedule/HoursShifts are available on weekdays, weekends, evenings and overnights, with both full-time and part-time opportunities! Specific schedules will vary based on department needs and employee availability.
