Position Summary MSI Viking is seeking an experienced Electronic Calibration Technician to calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and certify electronic and electro-mechanical measuring and test equipment (M&TE) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and A2LA requirements. This position plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, reliable measurement solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. What You'll Do Perform calibration, adjustment, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical measuring and test equipment (M&TE). Follow company procedures, manufacturer specifications, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements to ensure accurate and compliant calibrations. Complete calibration certificates and maintain detailed documentation for all work performed. Utilize multifunction calibrators, including the Fluke 5500A and 5700A series. Operate high-precision instruments such as the Keysight 3458A and Fluke 8588A 8.5-digit multimeters. Maintain accurate records using the company's gage tracking software. Assist with maintaining laboratory equipment and calibration standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Travel to customer sites to perform on-site calibration and related services. Collaborate with team members to meet customer turnaround times while delivering exceptional service. 3-5 years of electronic metrology experience or successful completion of a Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) or equivalent metrology training program. High school diploma or GED. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 quality requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
