Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians in Colton, CA

We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to support students in a school setting in Colton, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured educational environment while making a direct impact on student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support in the classroom
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies
Track and document student progress and behavioral data
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
Support students in developing positive behaviors and social skills

Requirements:

Prior experience working in the behavioral field required
Experience with school-aged children strongly preferred
Strong communication and data collection skills
Ability to remain consistent, patient, and proactive
