We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to support students in a school setting in Colton, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured educational environment while making a direct impact on student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support in the classroom
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies
• Track and document student progress and behavioral data
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
• Support students in developing positive behaviors and social skills

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in the behavioral field required
• Experience with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Strong communication and data collection skills
• Ability to remain consistent, patient, and proactive
