Jack in the Box – Team Leader – Grand Opening! | Perry, GA 262 Perry Pkwy, Perry, GA 31069

We're opening a brand-new Jack in the Box in Perry, and we're looking for experienced QSR leaders to help us launch it right. As a founding Team Leader, you'll direct restaurant operations during your shifts, lead the crew, and help set the tone for our restaurant from opening day forward.

Starting pay is based on leadership experience, availability, and the ability to independently open or close the restaurant.  
Pay: $14.00–$16.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, flexible availability including nights and weekends

What you'll do:

• Direct restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
• Assign positions, breaks, and daily responsibilities to the crew
• Lead pre-shift meetings and hold the team accountable to brand standards
• Coach and train Crew Members, delivering feedback in the moment
• Maintain food-safety, cleanliness, and guest-service standards
• Support cash-handling procedures and manage labor and food cost during your shifts
• Assist the Assistant Manager/GM with operational goals as needed

What we're looking for:

• Previous QSR or restaurant experience preferred; previous leadership experience strongly preferred (shift lead, crew lead, trainer, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, positive leadership style
• Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, with the ability to open or close as scheduled
• Reliable transportation
