As a Senior Collection Manager, you use your specialized collection management and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnanniance (ISR)experience and attention to detail to develop collection plans to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.As a Senior Collection Manager on our team, you’ll help your client understand the unique collection requirement needed to navigate the client’s mission and develop collection strategies, and align ISR assets with mission objectives. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, ELINT, FISINT, and others.Join us. You Have: Experience developing collection requirements, strategies, or plans to address intelligence and information gapsExperience coordinating with multi‑INT stakeholders across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, or cyber collection disciplines, including with cross-domain or all-domain problem setsExperience evaluating collection performance or assisting in the assessment of ISR tasking, reporting, or sensor alignmentKnowledge of how to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in multi-domain dataKnowledge of ISR asset capabilities, limitations, and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) workflows and joint intelligence processes, collection management doctrine, and ISR enterprise capabilitiesKnowledge of the relationships between intelligence requirements, sensor tasking, collection operations, and reportingAbility to translate intelligence gaps into specific, measurable collection requirements, and integrate collection planning with operational or targeting workflowsAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have: Experience with advanced sensor technologiesAbility to brief senior defense and government officialsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompletion of Collection Management Basic Course (CMBC), Collection Management Advanced Course (CMAC), Certified Collection Management Professional – Fundamentals (CCMP-F), or equivalent Collection Management CourseClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
