That’s why we’re looking for caring, reliable people who want meaningful work while maintaining flexibility in their schedules.Current OpportunitiesWe are currently hiring caregivers for:Long Day Shifts – $20/hourShort Day Shifts – $23/hourPer Diem / Flexible SchedulingOpportunities for additional shifts/pay increase based on client needs and caregiver availabilityYou choose the shifts that work with your availability.Whether you're looking to supplement your current schedule, pick up additional hours, or find flexible caregiving work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a FirstLight caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.Depending on the client's needs, responsibilities may include:Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily livingAssisting with mobility and safe transfersProviding companionship and meaningful conversationPreparing meals and assisting with light housekeepingProviding medication remindersAssisting with errands, appointments, and transportationObserving and communicating changes in a client's conditionFollowing individual care plansCompleting required documentationProviding dependable, compassionate support to clients and their familiesEvery shift matters.
