Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing kitchen team in delivering  safe, fresh, and cravable food
• Ensure  ServSafe-level food safety standards  are practiced at all times
• Manage systems, checklists, and workflows for  efficiency and consistency
• Train, coach, and develop team members for continued growth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive kitchen culture

Qualifications:

• ServSafe Certified  (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience in Chick-fil-A or similar kitchen operations (preferred but not required)
• A growth mindset, servant leadership style, and a passion for excellence
• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
