Victory Medical is seeking an organized, highly motivated, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office setting and be able to perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient intake
• Take patient vitals and record medical history
• Prepare exam rooms for patient visits
• Assist with medical procedures as directed by the provider
• Administer medications and injections as ordered by the provider
• Perform basic lab tests and prepare specimens for transport
• Answer patient phone calls and schedule appointments
• Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with patient referrals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program
• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Experience working in a medical office setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures

Experience:

• At least one year of experience working in Family Practice
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

• Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk
• Weekend rotation when necessary
