We are seeking a personable and organized Client Experience Coordinator to support clients throughout the planning and reservation process while helping create a smooth and positive overall experience. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, priorities, and service needs
• Assist with researching and coordinating appropriate options and services
• Provide clear information and timely updates throughout the planning process
• Support reservation requests and review details for accuracy
• Provide confirmations and other important information to clients
• Assist with questions, modifications, and special requests
• Follow up with clients when additional information or action is needed
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Communicate professionally with service providers when necessary
• Help resolve routine client concerns and identify appropriate next steps
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through responsive communication and follow-up
• Support a consistent and positive client experience from initial inquiry through completion
