Patient Care Coordinator

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in the dental field we are willing to train the right candidate!

Schedule (Days/Hours)

Monday 7am-4pm Tuesday 7am-4pm Wednesday 7am-4pm Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 8am-12pm

Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every patient:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the office running efficiently
• Verify insurance and assist with treatment estimates and financial discussions
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Answer phones and support patient communication
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred (dental experience a plus, but not required)
• Willingness to learnwe will train the right person
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation

$17-$20/hour
