Role Description This is a full-time, mobile Nurse Practitioner role based in the Lincoln Metropolitan Area. The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, and development of care plans. They will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients in both home and facilities, focusing on addressing advanced illnesses and promoting the comfort and well-being of patients. Qualifications Comprehensive patient care skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and assessment. Expertise in advanced illness management, palliative care, and post-acute care settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and provide care with compassion and respect for diverse patient populations. Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska or the ability to obtain one. Advanced practice nursing certification and prescriptive authority preferred. Experience in home healthcare or hospice care is a plus. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
