This is a Full Time with benefits (72 hrs/pay period), 12-hour shifts RN opportunity, working Day Shift (0700 to 1930) in our MedSurg Tele Float Pool between our Mercy Hospitals (San Diego and Chula Vista). The Site-Based Float Pool at Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista provides essential nursing support to Stepdown. Nurses enjoy flexibility, teamwork, and leadership support while floating between units. As a MedSurg Tele, you'll join a skilled team focused on delivering excellent care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, while evaluating progress towards outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for patient care and collaborates with the care team to ensure optimal results in a family-centered environment. Eligible for up to $7k new hire incentives! Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Registered Nursing Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing Active California RN license American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Certifications 2 years of recent adult MEdSurg Tele RN experience. Must be willing to float to other units Be able to speak, read and following instructions in English Have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviors Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing NIHSS Certification
