Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join a fast-paced acute care team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages, including adults and newborns. You will be responsible for patient assessments, developing and implementing respiratory care plans, performing diagnostic procedures, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP).
• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience (2 years preferred).
• Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential through the NBRC .
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
• Experience providing respiratory care for both adult and neonatal patients .
• Previous experience using electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to work independently, including serving as the sole Respiratory Therapist during assigned shifts.
• Willingness to work nights, every other weekend, overtime, and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
