Job Description & Responsibilities

• Join an established group of 15 Surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians
\n
• Certified Cancer Treatment Center based in Cooperstown with multiple regional centers for diagnostic and treatment options
\n
• 180 Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center
\n
• Instant Referral Base provided by over 500 Network Clinicians
\n
• Full Support Staff including PA’s with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction
\n
• Travel required for regional patient care
\n
• State of the Art OR’s including DaVinci Surgical System
\n
• No General Surgery/Trauma call requirement
\n
• General Surgeons share call coverage for Breast Surgery patients
\n
• Salary Range: $385,254 - $442,409 plus performance-based compensation. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
\n
• Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.  Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
