As a Bartender, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while providing knowledgeable beverage service, maintaining high standards, and helping create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and professional experience for every guest.
• Develop menu and beverage knowledge to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment.
• Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with servers, cooks, managers, and fellow bartenders to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Promote featured beverages, menu items, and specials when appropriate.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
