This role is primarily focused on recruiting coordination and administrative support, with some exposure to recruiting and HR-related functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop recruiting, coordination, and operational skills while supporting the full hiring process. Day to Day Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications throughout the recruiting process. Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including maintaining records, tracking activity, and supporting hiring workflows. Assist with expense reporting and related administrative tasks using tools such as Concur. Support recruiting efforts through resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up activities. Maintain accurate information within HR and recruiting systems, including SuccessFactors and other applicant tracking tools. Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience. Generate and update reports, spreadsheets, and recruiting documentation using Excel. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and a high level of customer service. Support recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives as needed.
