Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Salem Crossing Full-time Days or Nights | 12‑Hour Shifts Schedule Day Shift: 6am–6:30pm Night Shift: 6pm–6:30am Pay $29–$33/hr based on experience

• $4/hr for Nights
• $6/hr for Weekends

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficient medication management skills. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
