Center Clinical Medical Director: Senior Care Leader

Heartline Staffing is hiring a Center Clinical Medical Director in Jacksonville, FL to lead a physician-led, value-based primary care center for seniors.
You will manage physicians and nurse practitioners, oversee operations, and drive outcomes for a small panel of 60–90 patients with 3–5 chronic conditions. This role offers a $300,000 base salary, a partnership track with no buy-in, generous PTO, a 401(k) match, relocation assistance, and leadership training.
