This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping projects from concept through ground break while working with a collaborative, forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the preconstruction process on multiple projects across commercial and other sectors. Oversee budgeting, conceptual estimating, and cost modeling to ensure accurate project scope and financial alignment. Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive value engineering and design development. Prepare, review, and present detailed estimates, proposals, and schedules to internal teams and clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and vendors to ensure competitive coverage and quality pricing. Mentor and guide junior preconstruction staff, fostering growth and technical development. Support business development efforts by providing accurate takeoffs, estimates, and preconstruction insights. Qualifications 3+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience within commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials.
