Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1900 - 0730 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required License: RN State License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Stroke Certification Must-Have: - Annual TB Screening - COVID-19 Vaccine - Drug Screen - Flu Vaccine - Hepatitis B Vaccine - Tdap Vaccine Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care for patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning care, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient responses. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential. The RN will monitor vital signs and administer medications as necessary. The candidate will be expected to maintain accurate patient records. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes. Experience in a CVICU setting is preferred. The RN will comply with all health and safety regulations. Ongoing professional development is encouraged.
