Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician analysis
- Work alongside radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnostic results
- Carefully position patients and adjust equipment to optimize imaging outcomes
- Ensure the highest standards of radiation safety for both patients and coworkers
- Maintain current and precise records, encompassing imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process
- Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) required
- Current BLS certification, or ability to secure within 90 days post-hire
- Solid proficiency in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety measures
- Exceptional communication skills, both with patients and healthcare colleagues
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a knack for adaptability
- A detail-oriented mindset coupled with a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable with advanced imaging technology such as PACS and RIS
