Are able to lead and assign day-to-day responsibilities to the team?You are an amazing multi-task. With experience in duties such as scheduling, performance reports, continuing in-service training, crew and program evaluation, and disciplinary action.You understand the importance of maintaining a daily log and filing incident reports..You will abide by Oregon State law and Department of Public Safety Standards and Training ("DPSST") certification standards.You will commit to further training beyond DPSST certification standards, specifically in de-escalation techniques, mental health crisis response, trauma-informed care interventions, and social service safety net referrals if requested.Qualifications for Security Shift Supervisor:Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processExceptional customer service skillsProficient in basic phone & computer skillsIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experienceYou have previous supervisor experience is a must.You have your Oregon DPSST.You are at least 21.In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
