Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Location: Norwood, Massachusetts Job Type: Full-Time Company: Zenius LLC About the Opportunity Zenius LLC is actively recruiting a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time opportunity with a growing multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Norwood, MA . We are looking for a motivated and compassionate PTA who enjoys working closely with patients and helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals in a supportive, patient-focused environment. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, strengthening, mobility, and functional activities. Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities as directed. Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT. Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation process. Assist patients with home exercise programs and proper body mechanics. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Collaborate with Physical Therapists, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team. Follow all applicable clinical, HIPAA, and safety standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team. Outpatient, orthopedic, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required. New graduates with an active Massachusetts PTA license are encouraged to apply.
