Data Operations Analyst

Owning lead and account data quality for Hotels, the full-time temporary Data Operations Analyst will ensure accurate, deduplicated, and enriched prospect data flows into sales pipelines while managing CRM data integrity and addressing escalations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Ensure the accuracy and deduplication of leads and accounts entering the sales pipeline Set and refine lead qualification standards and manage routing to the appropriate sales representatives Maintain the integrity of Hotels data in CRM by cleaning up duplicates and broken records Required qualifications 5-6+ years of experience in data operations or GTM engineering, preferably in a B2B or marketplace environment Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, including data cleanup and account structuring Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries for data validation and analysis Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data management tasks Experience with AI tools for enhancing data processes is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
