Engineering Manager

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams to enhance product offerings, and guide the team in improving engineering best practices, all within a flexible remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers Provide career development support and regular performance feedback to team members while fostering an inclusive environment Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on writing code Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products Familiarity with sports technology is preferred but not required
