Current Opportunity Areas

These opportunities are designed for military-connected candidates who are ready for direct hire employment, including those who are no longer SkillBridge eligible or who are seeking immediate civilian career opportunities. Current and future opportunities may be available in and around Rochester, Victor, Parma, Castile, the Finger Lakes, Western New York, the Southern Tier, Pennsylvania border communities, and other employer locations across New York and Pennsylvania. Availability may vary based on employer needs, candidate location, experience, and role fit.
