Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly employees in our IL operations network. You will engage, motivate, and develop up to 50 direct report Amazon Associates in a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring safety, quality, attendance and performance. You will oversee shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, support truck deliveries, and use pallet jacks and PIT equipment.
