Responsibilities

• Host property tours for prospective buyers and provide knowledgeable guidance throughout each showing.
• Support clients through the home-buying process by addressing questions and coordinating next steps.
• Build rapport with buyers and help them evaluate properties based on their needs and goals.
• Work closely with the Pawlak Properties team in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
• Learn and apply established sales techniques, workflows, and systems through hands-on training.
• Take advantage of active leads and structured mentorship while developing real estate sales expertise.
• Progress toward a full real estate agent role as you build experience and demonstrate consistent results.

Qualifications

• Hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one
• Communicate clearly and professionally in all client interactions
