Sr. Charter Broker (Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area)

JetZen is seeking an experienced Private Aviation Charter Broker to join our growing team. this individual must be a self-starter with extensive knowledge in the private jet charter industry.

This position will be compensated with a base salary and a competitive commission structure that is paid out monthly.

Key Requirements:

• Has a minimum of 5 years as a charter broker.
• Existing relationships with existing US based operators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Has a minimum of 5 years in Sales or Business Development.
• Has lead a team of junior brokers or managed supporting staff.
• Has extensive knowledge of operational capabilities of existing private aircraft.
• Not afraid of cold-calling.
• Ambitious, self-starting nature.
