Director, Product Management (Emerging Segments)

Labcorp seeks a Director of Product Management for Emerging Segments to lead portfolio strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management in diagnostics. The role requires deep disease expertise, regulatory knowledge, and business acumen to drive adoption, profitability, and cross-functional alignment while leveraging AI tools for portfolio analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead product portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development
Develop business cases including market sizing, cost estimation, and operational requirements
Monitor scientific, regulatory, and competitive developments to inform portfolio direction
Manage strategic partnerships to expand capabilities, distribution, and revenue streams
Serve as commercial representative and spokesperson for product vision across teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
7+ years product management or portfolio strategy in diagnostics, pharma, or life sciences
Diagnostics commercialization and regulatory pathway expertise
Market access and payor policy experience for diagnostics
Forecasting and pricing experience
Experience applying AI to product management workflows with sound judgment on AI limitations
Demonstrated strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership capabilities
