As a Veterinary Assistant at our hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of small animals and exotics, providing top-notch care and support to our furry patients.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians with surgical preparation and anesthesia monitoring
• Provide small animal care, including patient recovery and fluid therapy
• Handle animal restraint and assist with fear-free techniques
• Perform kennel duties and maintain cleanliness in patient areas
• Conduct client education on preventive care and wellness exams

Required Skills:

• Experience in small animal medicine and patient care
• Knowledge of digital radiography and fecal flotation techniques
• Strong animal handling skills and a passion for animal welfare
• Ability to work with exotics and provide exceptional animal care
