General Manager, Digital Platform

About the Role

N4XT is looking for a commercially minded General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, growth, and revenue strategy of our consumer-facing platform connecting fashion, culture, content, events, and commerce.

This person will take ownership of the platform as a growing business: shaping the product roadmap, building the user base, developing revenue opportunities, and ensuring a seamless consumer experience. You should understand what it takes to launch, operate, and scale a digital platform, with practical knowledge of e-commerce, customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.

You will manage external developers, designers, and technology partners while working closely with N4XT’s strategy, marketing, and operations teams. The role requires someone who can set priorities and execute them, moving comfortably between commercial planning, product decisions, performance analysis, and daily operations.

What You’ll Do

Platform Management & Operations

• Own daily platform operations, including development priorities, testing, releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, briefs, timelines, and a prioritized roadmap.
• Manage external developers, UX/UI designers, and technology partners to keep delivery on track.
• Improve the user journey across onboarding, discovery, content, event access, and commerce.

Growth & E-Commerce

• Build and execute strategies to acquire users, increase engagement, and drive retention.
• Develop the platform’s e-commerce experience, including product discovery, merchandising, checkout, and repeat purchase.
• Work with marketing to connect campaigns, creators, content, and Fashion Week programming to measurable app growth and transactions.
• Identify friction in the customer journey and test improvements that increase conversion and customer value.

Revenue & Partnerships

• Develop and execute the platform’s commercial strategy across commerce, brand integrations, paid offerings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Build revenue forecasts, track performance against targets, and recommend where to invest time and resources.
• Work with the partnerships team to develop commercially viable offerings that deliver value to both users and brand partners.
• Build relationships with technology partners and translate their capabilities into useful features, integrations, and consumer experiences.

Data & Performance

• Establish reporting across user acquisition, active users, retention, conversion, transactions, and revenue.
• Use performance data and user feedback to guide product, marketing, and commercial decisions.
• Connect relevant data from the app, events, and brand activations to create clear performance reports and partner case studies.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital platform management, e-commerce, product management, growth, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience growing and scaling a consumer app, e-commerce business, marketplace, or membership platform.
• Practical understanding of e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, customer journeys, conversion optimization, and retention.
• Commercial experience developing revenue opportunities, working toward growth targets, and assessing performance.
• Experience managing developers, designers, technology vendors, and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ability to turn broad business objectives into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Strong project management, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Figma and comfort reviewing UX/UI designs.
• An interest in fashion, culture, technology, and commerce.
