Marketing Creative Specialist

Job Overview: As a Creative Specialist at Ayers, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs and marketing materials that align with our brand identity and communicate our messages effectively. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital and print media, planning and executing company events and collaborate closely with marketing, and other gears of the company to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop creative and effective designs for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials. Update and manage marketing materials to ensure they are current, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines. Oversee the daily operations of the company’s apparel, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and quality control. Collaborate with leadership to understand project goals and create design concepts that meet their objectives. Plan and execute events such as annual company event, small trainings, etc. Collaborate and brainstorm on new creative ways to reach customers to promote Ayers and its services.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years in a creative marketing role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and take direction while also offering constructive feedback. Hands‑on, creative individual with expertise in design practices such as branding, experience design, and digital design including email, social media, web, and video. Expert at project management with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and turn projects around quickly. Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to prioritize.
