What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality circulating nursing care within the CVOR team.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage perioperative protocols during cardiac surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure smooth procedures.
• Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
• Respond quickly to emergent patient needs and assist in the management of intraoperative complications.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control standards.
• Assist in post-operative recovery procedures and patient education.

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years CVOR RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records

Preferred:

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
