Easton Coach Company LLC Bus Aide (Part-Time) Easton Coach Company | Bethlehem, PA 926 E Market St, Bethlehem, PA 18017E Market St, Bethlehem, PA 18017 Pay & Schedule $17.00 per hour Part-time (15 hours per week) Monday-Friday No weekends Year-round work What You’ll Do Join our team supporting student transportation for local after-school programs. As a Bus Aide, you’ll assist students while riding along with a driver to help ensure every trip is safe, caring, and dependable. Responsibilities include: Assisting students as they board and exit the vehicle Monitoring student safety during transportation Supporting the driver in maintaining a safe environment Performing child checks after routes Communicating with students, drivers, and school staff Some routes support students with special needs, including autism programs. Typical Hours Afternoon route: approximately 3:15 PM - 6:15 PM Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with children Able to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and required clearances No driving required.
