Responsibilities: • Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals • Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business • Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building • Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Qualifications: • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • Must successfully complete a background check • Strong leadership and communications skills are a must • At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired Compensation: $45,000-$60,000
