Wound Care RN for Geriatric & Subacute Care

Onyx Health Consulting seeks an experienced RN wound care nurse to assess wounds, implement treatment plans, monitor infection, and maintain skin integrity across residents. You will lead wound rounds, document measurements, educate staff and families, and coordinate with rehab and QA teams.
