Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to assigned patients. The RN carries out orders from the medical practitioner and communicates any barriers to providing service immediately to the manager and attending medical practitioner. The RN delegates and supervises implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate. Skills / Requirements Required: Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing 1‑3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license‑eligible within 90‑days Benefits Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks!)
