• Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with 1:6 weekend call
• 15 patients per day on average
• 3 admits/discharges
• Medication management responsibilities
• Weekend call with resident and internal medicine rounding
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
