Job Description

Make a real impact supporting student success with this flexible contract opportunity as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP). This position offers a unique blend of on-site and remote work, perfect for a skilled professional seeking work-life balance while contributing expertise in school psychological services.

In this role, you'll spend just one day per month on-site, with the remainder of your responsibilities completed remotely—providing you with autonomy and a schedule that fits your life. Working approximately 40 hours per month, your primary focus will be conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and preparing detailed reports, enabling education teams to make informed decisions regarding student support.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

Active LSSP credential required
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
Experience conducting psychological evaluations in a school setting
Strong report writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage monthly caseload
Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and parents
Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards

Position Responsibilities

Perform psychological assessments for students as needed
Complete high-quality, timely evaluation reports
Collaborate briefly on-site for evaluations and essential meetings (one day/month)
Coordinate with educational teams to share findings and recommendations
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
Engage in professional communication remotely regarding evaluation progress and outcomes
